  I don't like them I can't even sit there if I want to go get something and come back they would say something why can't they get someone that's not mean and can speak English!

  Normally they're very on top of things and very on the ball. But if they're really busy things tend to get a little scattered. I went in and ordered a caramel iced coffee and I got milk with caramel flavoring on ice. They were gracious about it and fixed my drink but this has happened a couple of times but only when they're super busy

  I've always consistently had problems with this location but most of it I let go. Well, today I had it when I ordered 25 munchkins, all glazed, and instead received an assortment when I checked the box at home. Glazed are the only donuts I like. Needless to say, this box is going straight into the garbage as I have NO TIME to go back to the location and get my ACTUAL ORDER given to me.
  
  The whole purpose of Dunkin Donuts is that "America Runs on Dunkin!" and that those who go through the store likely have no time to go back and do the franchise's job for them as the customer likely has to go straight to work or something more pressing.
  
  I'll take my business to Starbucks that just opened on 159th and Cicero from now on. I'll never be coming back.
